PLAY-OFF BOUND

A last heat decider at Somerset 1st September saw Poole clinch the fourth and final place for the Play-Offs. Poole will now face Swindon in the Semi-Finals.

The home leg is 11th September, with the away leg at Swindon on the 25th.
