Placing an order
When you place an order you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an acknowledgment by email. We may refuse to accept an order if we do not receive payment or the ordered product(s) are out of stock.
The placing of an order by the buyer signifies the buyer's complete acceptance of these terms.
Prices
Smiley Racing reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are in GBP Sterling.
Shipping
Your order will be delivered to the address provided during the order process.
Delivery dates, when given, are our best estimates and will be met to the best of Smiley Racing, and Assured Clothing & Workwear's, ability. Any failure to deliver on a specific date cannot be held against us.

Cancellation
Once your order is being processed you cannot cancel your order as items are made to order.
Please check your order during the order process and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund or cancel your order if misspelt or you have had a change of heart. We do not proof-read or check personalisations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail and subject to a standard charge of £3.50. Orders despatched by Assured Clothing & Workwear.
At this moment in time, we are only able to send to a UK address. If you are based outside of the UK, please get in touch and we can see what we can do.
In most cases delivery should be between 7-10 working days after payment has been processed. But, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
We are currently only accepting payment via PayPal. However, we do have an option for you to be invoiced and you can pay by bank transfer or cheque.
You will receive an email notification to confirm you order. You will also receive a processing and shipped notification.

We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple.
For items that have been personalised, these cannot be returned unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, expect if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, we recommend sending the package with a recorded or special delivery service.
